  • The Developmental Days (on-line and in-person) and Coach Camp Day are ticketed separately with an individual ‘base ticket’. The ‘base ticket’ allows you to buy ‘add-on’ tickets.

  • First and foremost, the in-person weekend is all about face-to-face social connections. If you want to hear from the publishers before everyone else, then do attend in-person. However, the in-person Day 1 Developmental day part 1 is recorded with closed captions and forms part of the on-line program for those who cannot make the festival in-person or have accessibility needs.

  • That’s no problem! However there is a $30 administration fee for changes and $50 for refunds. Refunds are available up until 14 days before any event or the Coach Camp work submission deadline .

  • The catering will offer dairy-free, gluten-free and vegetarian options. If you have a medical dietary need, we recommend you self-cater to ensure your personal health and safety needs are met.

  • VLINE trains travel to nearby train stations (Geelong, Waurn Ponds, Marshall) from Melbourne and Warnambool. From Geelong station you can travel to Torquay/Jan Juc on the VLINE bus. From Marshall train station there are local buses to Torquay/Jan Juc. You can plan your trip via the Citymapper app. The venues are a short walk for the centre of Torquay,

  • Torquay has accommodation options for all budgets including the beach front Torquay Foreshore Caravan Park, the Wyndham Hotel and many AirBnBs in the area.

  • Once you purchase a festival ticket you’ll be invited to join Facebook group for Sketch and Scribe Festival attendees.
